Welcome

Northern Illawarra Meals on Wheels provides an efficient, comprehensive and flexible service that delivers nutritional meals and social support to eligible people. Our organisation supports people to have the right to make choices and have control over their own lives and the right to be valued as individuals and have their goals and wishes met.

Northern Illawarra Meals on Wheels provides a personalised meal delivery service with a large selection of cold or frozen meals delivered daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Our service offers meals heated in the home for people with dementia or complex needs.

We also offer social support to assist with shopping, outings to cafes, libraries or other local place of interest is available and popular or in-home visits by friendly staff or volunteers.

Our service has a strong emphasis on wellness and reablement to help people remain in their homes as long as possible. We deliver to frail older people over the age of 65 or 50 for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders with a functional disability and their unpaid carers.
